Hazelnut cookie
Ingredients:
350g flour
175g margarine
100g sugar
1 vanilla sugar
pinch of baking powder
2 eggs
pinch of salt
125g hazelnuts
100g raisins
How to prepare:
First dip raisins into the rum for a couple of hours. Then knead dough from ingredients and shape it into 4 thick peaces(like salami). Wrap them into foil and deep freeze for 2-3 hours.

Vanilla cookie with chocolate
Ingredients:
For dough you need:
4 eggs
3 tablespoons water
120g sugar
vanilla sugar
80g flour
40g starch
For stuffing you need:
2 yolks
50g sugar
25g starch
vanilla sugar
2,5dl milk
3dl whipped cream
For pouring you need:
100g chocolate
oil
How to prepare:
Beat yolks with sugar, vanilla sugar and water to rise then slowly add flour with starch and finally carefully admix hard snow from whites.
Prepared mass put with tablespoon into models for muffins and bake approximately 20 minutes at 190 degrees C.
When they are baked, cut them through and spread top with melted chocolate.

Salty cookie
Ingredients:
600g flour
25g butter
3dl milk
1 leaven
1 egg
anise
salt
cheese
ketchup
How to prepare:
Make smooth dough then roll it and put it into baking tin. Baking tin must be greased with butter. Then spread dough with beat egg and strew it with salt, anise, cheese and origano. Cut in 2cm wide pieces and bake 10 minutes to become yellow. Finally you can add ketchup and salami.
