Watermelon
Ingredients:
Red mixture
150g of scale almonds and grind twice
150g caster sugar
white of an egg
red color for eating
Green mixture
200g twice grind nuts
200g caster sugar
white of an egg
green color for eating
Stones
50g melted chocolate
Whipped glair strong then gradually add sugar. Beat at least 5 minutes. Then mixed in grind nuts. Well knead with hands, admixed red color(in powder). Then separate to 6 equal peaces and shape balls.
Then repeat procedure with nut mixture, except add green color instead of red. Also shape 6 balls.
Take green ball and flatten it to circle; put on this circle red ball and wrap up red ball with that green circle. You get 6 balls. Then let them dry. Next day cut those balls to 8 equal peaces.
Melt chocolate on water bath. With toothpick make stones from chocolate. Then put those stones on watermelon. You are done.
