Walnut roll

Ingredients:

For dough you need:

60 dag of flour

3 dag of leaven

3 dcl milk

large spoon of butter and sugar

pinch of salt

For stuffing you need:

2,5 dcl milk

15 dag of ground walnuts

2 vanilla sugars

spoon of margarine

sugar

pinch of cinnamon

little grated lemon rind

 

How to prepare:

Make ferment.

From flour, ferment, salt, warm milk, in which we stepped butter and sugar, we knead dough. We make four small loaves from dough (one let be around 30 dag ) and leave them to rise of half hour.

Meantime we make stuffing. We blanch walnuts with milk, add other ingredients and we mix. Additionally put sugar in.

Every small loaf separately roll in to oblong rectangle. We spread first with stuffing, we put dough over and we repeat twice. When we put down last layer, all together roll out, spread with rest of stuffing and roll it. We shred scroll on smaller rings (4 cm ), we put them upright to baking tin, between spread with butter or margarine and on top spread with twirl egg and then put it to warmed oven.

We are baking on 200 degrees 30 minutes.
