Walnut cake
Ingredients:
For biscuit you need:
8 eggs
8 tablespoons of sugar
6 stricken spoons of grind walnuts
6 stricken spoons of flour
For cream you need:
5,5 dcl milk
12 tablespoons of sugar
1 vanilla sugar
4 yolks
8 spoons of flour
20-25 dag of grind walnuts
20 dag of margarine
 
For biscuit beat whites and sugar. When snow is hard, start adding yolks(one at the time). Beat slowly with small broom. Finally add walnuts and flour. From dough bake 3 biscuits plates(if goes, then 4) separately. On baking tin must me greased baking paper. Wait to cool down.
For cream boil 3,5 dcl milk with sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix separately yolks, flour, and 2dcl milk. Then boil down to milk and wait to boil. Remove kitchenware and mix in grind walnuts. You have to get dense mass. Mix well and leave to cool off. Foamy mingle margarine and add walnut cream on spoons.
Cake must be in refrigerator one day, before we offer good cooled off with whipped cream.
Coat biscuit plates with ready cream. Spread cream over the top and sides as well.
