Tasty vanilla cookie

Ingredients:

For dark pastry you need:

4 dag cocoa

30 dag of flour

15 dag of caster sugar

15 dag of margarine

2 whole eggs

1/2 baking powder

For biscuit you need:

4 eggs

8 dag of sugar

8 dag of flour

1 vanilla sugar

For cream you need:

20 dag of margarine

20 dag of caster sugar

1 vanilla sugar

4 dl milk

4 tablespoons of flour

2 spoons of rum

How to prepare:

Knead dark dough from ingredients and bake two plates in medium-sized baking tin. Then you make biscuit. How to prepare biscuit? In this order: make hard snow from whites and mix in sugar. Gradually add yolks. Finally mix in flour. And that's how you prepare biscuit. Then bake biscuit in baking tin.

For cream foamy mix margarine, sugar and vanilla sugar. In cold milk mix flour and sugar and cook slowly until it start boiling. Then mix another 1-2minutes. Cool off and add to margarine. Finally you just have to put all things together to get cookie. First dark dough, spread with cream, put over biscuit, again spread with cream and on the top put other layer of dark dough. Pour over with chocolate.
