Sweet cookies

Ingredients:

For dough you need:

35 dag of flour

20 dag of margarine or butter

1 bag of dry leaven or 2 dag fresh

1 tablespoon of sugar

1 egg

1 vanilla sugar

little milk

For stuffing you need:

jam

20 dag of grind walnuts

20 dag of sugar

 

Knead dough from flour, margarine, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and leaven. Add milk that dough churn well. Knead him until he glows. Divede dough into three parts and roll it. Every layer put down to medium-size, good spread and floured baking tin. Then spread with jam and grind walnuts, which we mix with sugar. Dough is on top. Leave all to rise 45 minutes. Then bake 45 minutes at 180 degrees. When is cooled off, sprinkle with caster sugar and slice to cubes.
