Stars with cream
Ingredients:
For dough you need:
350g of flour
200g of ground almonds
1 baking powder
1 rum sugar
1 vanilla sugar
100g of sugar
3 eggs
130g of butter
250 ml cream from milk
For stuffing you need:
strawberry jam
spoon of rum
caster sugar
 
How to prepare:
Mix flour, all sugar, almond and baking powder and add rest of ingredients. Knead dough. Then leave dough to rest.
After that, thinly roll dough out and cut out small stars with model. Then bake on baking tin clad with baking paper at 175 degrees couple minutes, to tender brightly yellow color.
Jam(room temperature) mix with rum. Take 1 small star, spread her with jam and press other small star gently on this. Don't squeeze too much, because jam can flow out. On top of every such biscuit spread couple drops of jam and strew little caster sugar. Put cookies on cold place, that jam become hard. Preserve cookies in well closed kitchenware at least 24 hours, that they soften little.
You can give few peaces of apple beside.
