Spiced half-moons

Ingredients

500g flour

1 teaspoon of baking powder

250g caster sugar

pinch of salt

pinch of grind cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon of cardamom

pinch of muscat

2 eggs

250g butter

200g minced hazel nut

200g couverture chocolate

 

Flour and baking powder sift into bowl. Add sifted caster sugar, salt, cinnamon, cardamom, muscat and eggs. Butter must be cut to small pieces and added together with hazel nut.

Mix well with hand mixer. On floury surface knead dough and put it to cool for 30min.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Roll out dough, cut half-moons and put them on baking tin. Bake them approx. 10min. The wait to cool down cookies.

Then rough mince couverture ? chocolate, put chocoalte over worm bath and dip in both ends of half-moons.
