Simple recipe for tasteful cookie

Ingredients:

6 eggs

20 dag of sugar

1 vanilla sugar

7 tablespoons of water

25 dag of flour

1 baking powder

1 tablespoon of coconut in powder

For pouring you need:

2 dcl of milk

few spoons of rum

For cream you need:

1 sour cream

few spoons of sugar

coconut

10 dag of cooking chocolate

10 dag of butter

 

Beat yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar and water, add flour with baking powder and snow from whites. Bake like two thin roulades. But when they are bake, we don't roll them. Soak them with milk to which is middled in rum.

Mix coconut, sour cream and sugar. First layer grease with mass that you got and cover that layer with second layers(roulades).

Melt chocolate and butter and pour over the top. Strew with coconut and slice to squares.
