Sesame sticks

Ingredients:

1kg of flour

1 cube of leaven

1 tablespoon of sugar

1 cdl of oil

1 spoon of salt

7 dcl of milk

Supplement:

1 egg

1dcl oil

poppy

sesame

kitchen salt

 

How to prepare:

Melt spoon of sugar and leaven in 1 dcl of tepid milk. Put flour to kitchenware, salt, oil, dissolved leaven and knead dough with rest of milk. Put dough on floured board, cover with serviette and wait that dough rises.

When is dough risen, divide it into 6 parts, every part roll out to circle to size of plate and shred it to 2 cm wide tapes. Obliquely twist every tape, that you get straight stick.

Put these sticks on greased baking tin, coat them with egg and oil and sprinkle it with salt, poppy, sesame. Put them in oven for 15 - 20 minutes, that sticks turn yellow. When sticks are baked, coat them again with oil.
