Sausage cookie
Ingredients:
540g of whole-wheat flour
235g of special sausage
50g of butter
2 eggs
3 tablepoons of olive oil
Grind sausage, cold butter sliced per slices and other ingredients knead in middle-hard dough. If is too dry, add spoon or two of water and give it for some time on cold. Then dough roll out and cut out with models.
Bake at 180 degrees 15 minutes that they are harder.
