Ingredients

250g powdered milk

100g water

250g sugar

125g margarine

200g coconut flour

peeled almond

 

Cook water and sugar to make syrup. Add margarine to melt down, then mix in powdered milk and at the end add coconut flour. Cool down mass, make small balls and put peeled almond in the middle. Shape and roll in coconut flour. If you like, put them into some nice paper.

Nice alternative to those in the stores. Tray to make them with this easy recipe.
