Rabbit cake
Ingredients:
14 eggs
14 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 kg of walnuts
1/2 kg of caster sugar
2 margarines
20 dag of chocolate for cooking
6 tablespoons of ground biscuit
For dressing you need:
3 bars of chocolate
3 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of milk
How to prepare:
Foamy mix 7 eggs, 7 spoons of sugar, 3 spoons of ground biscuit, 25 dag of walnuts and bake it in round baking tin. Then repeat once again for another wafer. Bake at 220 degrees C.
Separately make cream(two times). To each cream come one margarine, 25 dag of caster sugar and 10 dag of melted chocolate.
One wafer leave whole, other wafer cut off on both sides that you get auricles and one mesh(tie).
Cat all peaces cake through and add stuffing, decorate with cream or melted chocolate.
