Pancakes

Ingredients:

For dough you need:

8dl milk

9 dl flour

3 tablespoons of sugar

2 eggs

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1/2 of leaven

For spread you need:

Jam

Curd

Double cream

How to prepare:

Mix tablespoon of sugar into 1 dl tepid milk and admix crumbled leaven. Then leave to rise leaven. Mix the rest of ingredients and admix rose leaven. Leave mass on warm place to rise for about 2 hours.

When you make a pancakes, always take mass from top and never mix the mass. Because a mass is more dense as usual, it is better to make smaller pancakes. Bake them on temperate fire little longer because they are little ticker.

When the pancakes are made, you spread them with jam, strew them with curd and pour over with double cream.

Eat them with fog and knife.
