Cake with cherries on top
Ingredients:
100g of sugar
2 eggs
2dl of oil
1/4 kg of flour
baking powder
2 full tablespoons of bitter cocoa in powder
2dl of milk
Cherries without small bones
How to prepare:
In the same kitchenware mix ingredients in this sequence: sugar, eggs, oil, flour, baking powder, cocoa and milk.
Then pour mass into butter baking tin(or on baking paper) and put into oven for 5-7minutes preheated on 160 degrees C.

Cake with cherries
Ingredients:
3 eggs
125g of sugar
75g of groats
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
500g of curd
470g of cherry compote
How to prepare:
Separate yolks from whites. Then beat them into snow. Beat yolks with sugar that mixture rise foamy. After that admix groats, lemon juice and curd. Finally admix snow and well strained cherries from compote.

Cherry sherbet
Ingredients:
4dl of water
200g of sugar
150-200g of cherries without small bones
How to preapre:
First you have to make sugar syrup: cook sugar and water. When it starts to boil, reduce gas and leave it it for about 5 minutes. Then admix pieces of fruit(you can admix into hot or cold syrup, but if you admix to cool there will stay more vitamins and pieces will be more hard). Here you add pieces of cherries. Cut cherry on 4-6 pieces, depend on a size of cherry.
Leave to cools off and pour into models into plastic kitchenware. Put into refrigerator and that is all. Simple recipe.
