Cream cookie
Ingredients:
550g flour
1/2 baking powder
2dl sour cream
100g butter
250g caster sugar
1 tablespoon rum
1 egg
2 yolks
How to prepare:
From all ingredients knead dough. Then put dough into refrigerator for half hour. Make rolls out of dough and cut them on 1cm thin. Put them on baking tin and bake.

Wine cookie
Ingredients:
500g flour
1 baking powder
130g butter
240g sugar
1 vanilla sugar
2 eggs
1 yolk
sugar
How to prepare:
Mix flour with baking powder. Then in this mixture crumble butter with knife. Knead dough with all ingredients. Roll it that will be as thin as is knife and cut it to pieces.
Put them on baking tin greased with butter, spread them with yolk, strew them with sugar and bake.

Apricot cake
Ingredients:
For fragile dough you need:
300g of flour
1 egg
200g of butter
175g of sugar
1 lemon aroma
For stuffing you need:
1 can of apricots
1 can of cherries
200 g of sour cream
200 g of curd
2 eggs
250 g of sugar
100 ml milk
50 g of almonds
1 powder for vanilla pudding
How to prepare:
Admix egg, butter, sugar and lemon aroma into four. Knead well to smooth dough. Shape it into ball, wrap it in foil and put it into refrigerator for 60 minutes. Then put down dough to baking tin. Cut apricots on segments, divide cherries and arrange them oven dough.
In kitchenware mix sour cream, curd, powder for pudding, eggs, sugar and milk. Put cream on apricots and cherries.
