Oat flake cookie
Ingredients:
200g minced dry plums
250g butter
100g sugar
3 eggs
320g oat flakes
100g raisins
100g minced nuts or almonds or hazel nuts
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 small teaspoon of cinnamon
Grind flakes and add all other ingredients. Then mix well! Shape small balls from mass, and put them on baking tin.Don't forget that on baking tin must be baking paper.
Bake approx. 20 minutes at 150 degrees
