Nutella cake

Ingredients:

6 eggs

12 dag of sugar

18 dag of flour

1 baking powder

1 vanilla powder

4-5 spoons of Nutella

Stuffing

0,5l of double cream

5 spoons of Nutella

Pouring

2dcl Water

5 spoons of sugar

 

first separate eggs. Then mix foamy yolks and half of sugar. Whites with other half of sugar beat to hard snow. Mix Nutella into yolks, add 1/3 snow and gradually sifted flour mixed with baking powder. Then add remnant snow and mix soft together. bake approximately half hour at 180 degrees.

When cake is being baked and cooled off, we shred it on 3 layers. Beat whipped cream and add nutella. Boil water in small pot, which were added sugar then cool water and moisten every layer.

Spread every layer of cake with 1/3 cream (Last third is for coating top of cake).
