Jelly cookie

Ingredients:

For dough you need:

12 whites

6 yolks

12 tablespoons of sugar

6 tablespoons of grind walnuts

6 tablespoons of flour

1 baking powder

For cream you need:

6 yolks

10 dag of sugar

2 vanilla sugars

4 tablespoons of flour

5 dcl of milk

25 dag of margarine

10 dag of jelly sweets

10 dag of walnuts

10 dry figs or raisins

Chocolate glazing

 

For dough you have to beat whites into hard snow. Add sugar and yolks, walnuts, flour and baking powder. Then you can bake this dough.

For cream you have to cook in milk yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar and flour. While cooking, you have to mixing. When this cream cool off, add margarine and mix foamy. Add sliced jelly sweets, minced walnuts and figs or raisins. Then mix well coat over the dough. Pour over with chocolate glazing.
