Jam cookie with chocolate

Ingredients:

2 margarines

27 dekagram of sugar

2 eggs

half of baking powder

1 vanilla sugar

75 dekagram of flour

apricot jam

cooking chocolate

margarine

 

How to prepare:

Flour, baking powder, margarine, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar quickly knead to short pastry. This let rest approximately 1 hour on cold.

Preheat oven on 180 degrees. Put piece of dough into mixer, from which you preliminarily made doughy sausage. With accessory for decorating starry shapes, jet small stars on baking tin. Bake them approximately 10 minutes.

When they are baked, start to spread stars with jam and put them together.

Finally put them on baking tin, melt chocolate and margarine together, that you get more liquid glazing. With spoon, dipped into chocolate, make lines round biscuit.
