Honey titbit
Ingredients:
60g honey
75g butter
100g grind sugar
2 tablespoons of milk
1 teaspoon of grind cinnamon
1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
200g flour
2 teaspoon of baking powder
100g caster sugar
1 white of an egg
Put honey, butter sugar and milk into small pot and put over weak heat. Decant into bowl and put it to cool. Mixed in cinnamon.
Mix flour cocoa and baking powder and then sift. Two third put into bowl and mix with mixer who is in maximum speed. Other third put on surface and together with mass in bowl knead smooth dough. Put it into cool for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Thin roll dough and cut out different shapes. Put those shapes on baking paper and bake them approx. 8min.
