Hazelnuts cookie

Ingredients:

25 dag of flour

10 dag of margarine

3 yolks

2 tablespoons of wine

10 dag of sugar

1 white of an egg

For stuffing you need:

12 dag of sugar

12 dag of grind walnuts

2 whites of and egg

1 vanilla sugar

20 dag of whole hazelnuts

 

Knead to smooth dough with flour, margarine, yolks, sugar and wine. Then roll into foil and put dough into refrigerator for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C(ventilated oven to 160 degrees C). On floured surface roll out dough to 3-4 cm thickness and cut out circles(no more than 3cm diameter).

For stuffing, beat whites to snow and gradually add sugar. You must beating for about 5 minutes. After that mix in walnuts and vanilla sugar.

Coat circles with white of an egg and put 4 hazelnuts on 4 corners - for legs. Then turn cookie and with thumb press into the middle to make hole in which you put stuffing later.

Bake approximately 15 minutes.

Keep cookies in close kitchenware.
