Groats cake

Ingredients:

For biscuit you need:

7 whites

10 spoons of sugar

5 yolks

6 spoons of flour

3 spoons of cocoa

1/2 baking powder

6 spoons of water

For stuffing you need:

3 dcl milk

3 spoons of groats

1 margarine

20 dag of caster sugar

2 yolks

1 vanilla sugar

For pouring you need:

10 dag of chocolate

5 dag margarine

How to prepare:

Biscuit:

Make snow, add sugar and yolks. Finally add cocoa, baking powder and water. Roast 20-25 minutes on 180 degrees.

Stuffing:

Cook groats in milk and cool it off. Then mix margarine for a while then add caster sugar, yolks and vanilla sugar. Finally mix together groats and mixture.

Pouring:

cook over steam.
