Fruit slice
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of oil
2 cups of flour
1 baking powder
1 or 2 tablespoons of sugar
100g of curd
200g of fruit
100g of ground walnuts
chocolate and butter for dressing
How to prepare:
Mix foamy eggs, add milk oil, sifted flour with baking powder and sugar. Admix fruit, curd and walnuts in mass.
Bake in greased and floured baking tin 25 minutes at 180 degrees C.
When it is cooled off, pour it over chocolate dressing.
