Fruit cookie
Ingredients:
Dough:
60 dag of flour
40 dag of margarine
20 dag of sugar
1 egg
1 dcl wine
lemon peel
1 vanilla sugar
Vanilla cream:
6 dcl milk
10 tablespoons of flour
2 dag of sugar
2 vanilla sugars
Various fruit (pineapple, kiwi, peaches, berries,...)
1 bag of gelatin
Knead flour, margarine, sugar, egg, vanilla sugar, wine and lemon peel. Leave dough to rest at least 1/2 hour in refrigerator. Dough roll out and put it into the models. Beak approximately 10-12 minutes or to goldenly-yellow color. We take cookies from models and leave them to cool off.
Cream: We make milk, flour, sugar and vanilla sugar as pudding. When mass fully cools off, add 1 margarine, little lemon peel and rum. Cream out on baked dough and load it with fruit. Coat with melted gelatin.
