Fruit bonbon with chocolate
Ingredients:
200g table chocolade
250g candied ananas circle
250g dried apricot
60g peeled almound
Melt chocolate over hot tub and wait until is almost hard. Then heat it again, but not to much. From ananas circle cut 30 peaces.
Every peace of apricot and ananas dip into melted chocolate. Dip half of peace, not more. Then strain over lattice. Over warm chocolate glaze put almond. That recipe is for 60 peaces. Enjoy making them.
