Ingredients:

For dough you need:

6 eggs

6 tablespoons of sugar

1 vanilla sugar

lemon peel

6 tablespoons of flour

For stuffing you need:

25 dag of walnuts

little butter

half of Nutella cream(midle glass)

3 tablesoons of jam

vanilla sugar

sugar

little milk

rum

coffee

double cream

Beat whites and sugar to hard snow. While mixing, add sugar and vanilla sugar. Then grate lemon peel, add yolks and mix slowly. Finally add flour and mix slowly again.

Then put this into oven at 200 degrees(cca. 15-20min) to turn to brightly brown. When it is baked, cover it with towel, roll it and let dough to gets sweatier. Then melt butter, add jam and nutella to become enough liquidly, that we can spread. Then add grind walnuts, vanilla sugar, sugar and rum.

Soak dough with coffee, spread stuffing as long as he is still warm. Wait to cools off. Then spread beat cream and roll to roulade.

At the end strew with powdered sugar. It is the best to have the dessert in refrigerator.
