Delicious cherry cake

Ingredients:

For dough you need:

0,5 kg of smooth flour

0,1 kg of butter

0,1 kg of sugar

0,25 l of milk

pinch of salt

0,03 kg of leaven

1 egg

For stuffing you need:

0,1 kg of sugar

0,1 kg of butter

0,1 kg of wheat groats

1 egg

1 kg of strained cherries

How to prepare:

From ingredients make dough and leave it to rise. When it rise, divide it on two parts. Roll out dough in shape of rectangle. Coat it with dissolved butter, strew it with groats and cherries. Coat all with beat egg and sweeten with sugar. Make a roll and leave it to rise. Then spread roll with whites of an egg and pierce several times with needle. Rolls bake in preheated oven at 175-180 degrees C. Baked Cherry cake put out of the baking tin and strew it with sugar flour.
