Curd cake

Ingredients:

For dough you need:

250 g of flour

125 g of butter or margarine

50 g of sugar

40 g cocoa

2/3 baking powder

For stuffing you need:

125 g of butter or margarine

125 g of sugar

3 yolks

1 vanilla sugar

1 bag of vanilla pudding

1 tablespoon of orange juice

3 whites

700 g of curd

 

How to prepare:

For dough you need to knead fat crumbs from ingredients. Put half of crumbs to greased cake model and press them against bottom that they are distributed evenly.

Mix butter, sugar and yolks, add vanilla sugar, pudding and orange juice. Mix together to curd. At last, mixed in snow.

Distribute stuffing on layer of cocoa dough in cake model, on top strew the rest of crumbs. Bake at 180/200 degrees 40/50 minutes.

Then leave, that cake cools off in model. Strew caster sugar on cake and decorate with grated chocolate or cherries.
