Cream and cinnamon cookies
Ingredients:
 
2 spoons of sugar
125g butter
pinch of salt
250g caster sugar
2 yolks
80g sour cream
1 tablespoon of orange liqueur
250g flour
teaspoon of cinnamon
vanilla sugar
 
Foamy mix sugar with butter and salt. By mixing pour in 50g sugar. Hard cooked yolk press through sieve and mix that yolk with raw yolk, sour cream and orange liqueur in to a buttery mass. Add sifted flour and knead dough. From dough shape 2 cylinders, wrap them up in to foil and put them to cold. Then load baking tin with baking paper and preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Cut cylinders to thin peaces and then shape those peaces to sticks with thiner nib. Then braid. Then put them on baking tin and bake 15 minutes till nibs become brown. When cookies become cool, roll half of cookies in vanilla sugar other half in cinnamon sugar.
Thats it. Cream and cinnamon cookies are ready to serve.
