Cookie with walnuts

Ingredients:

2 eggs

1 cup of wheat groats

1 cup of sugar

1/2 cup of oil

1/1 cup of cold milk

1 vanilla sugar

1 baking powder

3 peeled and crumbled apples

chopped orange

10 dag of ground walnuts

Glazing

4 dag of butter

2 tablespoons of milk

3 tablespoons of sugar

5 tablespoons of chocolate in powder

 

Grind all ingredients except fruit and walnuts. Fruit and walnuts mixed in at the end with ladle. Then pour mixture into floured and greased baking tin. Bake at 200 degrees 30 to 40 minutes.

Still warm pastry pour with glaze.
