Coconut cake

Ingredients:

For biscuit you need:

2 eggs

2 cups of sugar

2 cups of milk

2 cups of flour

1 tablespoon of oil

1 vanilla sugar

1 baking powder

For cream you need:

10 dag of chocolate in powder

12 dag of margarine

5 dag of sugar

10 dag of coconut

1 vanilla sugar

2 tablespoons of water

How to prepare:

Beat well eggs with sugar. Then add milk and oil. When you mix good you add flour and baking powder. Pour mass into baking tin and bake approximately 20 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Put all ingredients for cream into kitchenware and cook until margarine melt. Spread hot mass on biscuit.
