Cinnamon pie
Ingredients:
fat for baking tin
3 subacid apples
cinnamon
grated lemon peel
(sugar)
3 spoons of water
3 yolks
10 spoons of flour
3 whites
10 spoons of caster sugar
To well greased baking tin (best roundly or ovally fireproof kitchenware) level it with lemon peel and with cinnamon seasoned grated apple and then sugar them with taste.
Cover them with dough from well mixed eggs, water, flour and sugar and interfered snow from three whites. Bake 30 minutes in preheated oven at 200 degrees C.
Baked dough overturn from baking tin so, that apples are above.
