Chocolate cookies 2

Ingredients:

5 yolks

25 dag of sugar

1/8 white oil and tepid water

25 dag of strong flour

1 baking powder

4 tablespoons of cocoa

5 whites

How to prepare:

First mix yolks and sugar. Then add other ingredients. Finally admix snow from 5 whites. Then bake slowly at 120 degrees C in a big baking tin. When cookies are baked, spread them with cream and pour dressing over cookies.

Cream:

Cook 2 vanilla puddings in 0.5l of milk and cool off. Admix 25 dag of margarine and 1 yolk.

Dressing:

6 dag of margarine

10 dag of powdered chocolate
