Chocolate cookies recipe

Ingredients:

250 g of butter

200 g of sugar

2 vanilla sugars

pinch of salt

4 eggs

juice from 2 oranges

200 g of raisins

500 g of whole-wheat spelt flour

1 baking powder

2 spoons of spices for honey cakes

4 spoons of cocoa

200 g of black chocolate

grated peel 2 oranges

 

How to prepare:

Foamy mix butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Gradually add eggs and do mixing until you get foamy mass.

In other kitchenware mix, cocoa, baking powder, raisins, chocolate and spices for honey cakes and add butter masses from eggs. Pour over orange juice and mix well, that you get very dense dough.

Ladle dough with small spoon and shape small heaps on baking paper. Bake cookies 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
