Chocolate cookies 3

Ingredients:

For dough you need:

14 dag of flour

3 dag of cocoa

1 baking powder

14 dag of sugar

4 yolks

2 dl milk

For stuffing you need:

4 whites

12 dag of sugar

For dressing you need:

5 dag of butter

15 dag of chocolate

How to prepare:

Beat yolks, sugar and milk that you get pale foam. Carefully admix flour with cocoa and baking powder. bake dough 20 minutes at 175 degrees C.

Admix sugar while whisking whites. whisk as long as hard snow doesn't occur. Spread snow on baked dough and bake again another 7-10 minutes.

Melt chocolate and butter over the steam and pour over baked cookie.

Slice cake on cubes before chocolate get hard.
