Chocolate cookie #2
Ingredients:
250g of flour
100g of margarine for batch
100g sugar
1 egg
50g of walnuts
rum
grated lemon shell
knife tip of baking powder
1 plate of cooking chocolate
We add to flour with baking powder chopped margarine, egg, walnuts, lemon shell and all together crowd in smooth dough. For half hour put dough on cold, then roll it out and make biscuit of any shapes.
In warmed oven bake 10 minutes at temperature 180°C. Cooking chocolate melt over steam, dip in cookies or pour chocolate into bag and pour all over cookies.
