Chocolate cookie with vanilla pudding

Ingredients:

For dough you need:

560 g of flour

420 g of margarine

240 g of sugar

2 bars of chocolate

1 egg

pinch of cinnamon

For cream you need:

1 vanilla pudding

1/2 l of milk

8 tablespoons of sugar

250 g of margarine

4 to 5 bars of chocolate

For pouring:

coconut flour

melted chocolate

How to prepare:

Knead dough from all ingredients and leave 10 minutes to rest. Then roll dough out and cut out circles. Bake them at 200 degrees Celsius approximately 15 minutes.

For cream cook vanilla pudding together with sugar. When cream cools off add foamy margarine. Finally add melted chocolate and little rum and mix well.

Put two circles together, on the middle spread cream. Outside edge roll into malted chocolate and repeat with coconut flour.
