Cherry sherbet
Ingredients:
4dl of water
200g of sugar
150-200g of cherries without small bones
How to preapre:
First you have to make sugar syrup: cook sugar and water. When it starts to boil, reduce gas and leave it it for about 5 minutes. Then admix pieces of fruit(you can admix into hot or cold syrup, but if you admix to cool there will stay more vitamins and pieces will be more hard). Here you add pieces of cherries. Cut cherry on 4-6 pieces, depend on a size of cherry.
Leave to cools off and pour into models into plastic kitchenware. Put into refrigerator and that is all. Simple recipe.
