Cherry pie
Ingredients:
For dough you need:
30dag of strong flour
13dag of margarine
13dag of sugar
1 egg
1 vanilla sugar
1 baking powder
cherry compote
For biscuit you need:
5 eggs
4 tablespoons of caster sugar
4 tablespoons of ground walnuts
4 tablespoons of strong flour
1 baking powder
For chocolate glaze you need:
14dag of chocolate
10dag of margarine
1 tablespoon of oil
How to prepare:
In kitchenware put flour, margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder and mix carefully with hands that margarine brake into small pieces. Make small pit in the middle where you add egg and them make a dough. Put dough into butter baking tin, pierce it with fork and add cherries on top of dough and save the juice. Put in preheated oven(190 degrees C) and you pay attention that you bake only to half.
Meantime, while biscuit is baking, foamy mix yolks and sugar to half. Then admix flour, baking powder, walnuts and hard snow with ladle. As soon as you made a biscuit, take baking tin from oven and spread biscuit over the cherries. Put baking tin back to oven and reduce the temperature to 180 degrees C. bake until the cake get nice brown color(check with toothpick).
When the cherry pie is baked, pour over with juice from cherry compote. If you like, you can add little sugar to it.
Put chocolate glaze over the cake.
It is good if you leave the cake over the night because ingredients impregnate excellent.
