Cherry cake without baking
Ingredients:
1 cherry compote(without small bones)
1 butter (250 g)
6 yolks
10 dag of sugar
10 dag of raisins
10 dag of raisins
10 dag of walnuts (chopped)
1/2 kg of butter cookies
How to prepare:
Grind cookies, add cherry compote, admix butter with sugar and yolks. Then admix walnuts and raisins. You mix and add into model for cakes and put it into refrigerator over the night.
Next day decorate cake with cream.
