Cake with raisins

Ingredients:

60dag of flour

2dag of leaven

3dl of milk

8dag of sugar

8dag of butter

30dag of raisins soaked in rum

2 corks of rum

1 teaspoon of salt

3 yolks

1 egg

1 grated lemon peel

How to prepare:

Melt leaven in 3 tablespoons of milk. Mix in 1 teaspoon of sugar, strew with 1 teaspoon of worm flour and leave covered that ferment rise.

Make a small pit in the middle of the flour and pour in ferment. Add sugar, yolks, salt, rum and lemon peel on the edge of flour. Pour warm milk in the middle(by ferment) while mixing with electric mixer and gradually admix the rest of ingredients. Finally admix still warm molten butter. Beat in willingly soft dough (dough feels similar like doughnuts) that mass separate from kitchenware. Finally admix raisins.

Butter baking tin and put dough in. Leave it to rise on warm until he gets double volume. Coat it with beat egg. Preheat oven and bake dough at 200 degrees C until he become brownish. Then reduce the temperature to 175 degrees C and bake to end(check with toothpick). If surface darkens too much , cover it with ALU-foil.

When it is cooled off, slice it per particles.
