Cake with cherries
Ingredients:
3 eggs
125g of sugar
75g of groats
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
500g of curd
470g of cherry compote
How to prepare:
Separate yolks from whites. Then beat them into snow. Beat yolks with sugar that mixture rise foamy. After that admix groats, lemon juice and curd. Finally admix snow and well strained cherries from compote.
Put mixture into butter baking tin and bake approximately 35-40 minutes at 200 degrees C.
