Biscuit with Oilseed Rape

Ingredients:

80ml Oilseed Rape

2 tablespoons of grate lemon peel

1 tablespoon of grate orange peel

1 small teaspoon cinnamon

juice from 2 oranges

2-3 tablespoons of brandy

130g sharp flour

2 vanilla sugar

100g sugar

80g grind almonds

1 teaspoon of baking powder

 

Mix oil, sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, lemon peel, orange peel, juice from orange, brand and almonds.

Add flour with baking powder and mix all together into dough. Dough let rest 2 hours.

Roll pastry, cut out small balls and bake 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

At the end decorate cookies with almonds.
