Banana strudel

Ingredients:

Pastry

1 peach compote

2 bananas

Juice of a 1/2 lemon

Cinnamon

Coconut flour

2 tablespoons of butter

Tablespoon of crumbs

Cream

How to prepare:

Cut peaches on particles. Peel and slice a banana and mix it with mixer. Admix cinnamon, lemon juice and peaches.

Put baking paper on baking tin and put one pastry. On butter yellow the crubms and spread them on pastry. Another pastry put over first. Dispose stuffing and strew with coconut flour. Then roll strudel and finally spread it with cream.

Bake 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
