Apricot cake
Ingredients:
For fragile dough you need:
300g of flour
1 egg
200g of butter
175g of sugar
1 lemon aroma
For stuffing you need:
1 can of apricots
1 can of cherries
200 g of sour cream
200 g of curd
2 eggs
250 g of sugar
100 ml milk
50 g of almonds
1 powder for vanilla pudding
How to prepare:
Admix egg, butter, sugar and lemon aroma into four. Knead well to smooth dough. Shape it into ball, wrap it in foil and put it into refrigerator for 60 minutes. Then put down dough to baking tin. Cut apricots on segments, divide cherries and arrange them oven dough.
In kitchenware mix sour cream, curd, powder for pudding, eggs, sugar and milk. Put cream on apricots and cherries. Bake cake 45minutes at 180 degrees C. when it is baked, sprinkle it with grated almonds.
