Almond cookies
Ingredients:
4 yolks
140 g of caster sugar
140 g of ground almonds
100 g of groats
lemon juice
lemon peel
almonds
fat for baking tin
How to prepare:
Foamy mix yolks and sugar, add ground almonds and gradually stir groats, lemon peel and juice from one lemon.
Mix all well and make small balls. To every stab scalded, husked and thinly sliced almonds. Arrange small balls over greased baking tin and bake them at low temperature.
Put individual baked cookie into paper basket.
