Alberts biscuit
Ingredients:
250g of Albert biscuit
1 cup coffee of very sweet real
100g of minced hazelnuts
1 egg
small spoon of flour
small spoon of sugar
1/4L of milk
First crush biscuit and shed with cold coffee. Separately whisk egg and add flour and milk. Then reboil mixture , that we get cream. When cream cools off, we mix in crushed biscuit and hazelnuts. If mass is too rare, we add few crushed biscuit. Make small balls from this mass and put them to refrigerator. Then you can offer them.
